Meant for More:

Individualized Support for Your Transformation

You’re Meant for More than the Daily Grind

Step Into Greater Meaning and Vitality

You may find that there are two cultural lies that wrestle within you: one, that you can be anything you want to be when you grow up, and two, that all you should expect in this life is to be overwhelmed and bored at a job until you retire (or die).

On one hand, you may feel the pressure to be doing more with your life and work. On the other, you may believe that to ask for anything more than what you have is entitled and irresponsible.

There is tension here, and it’s understandable if you feel overwhelmed or paralyzed.

No matter how you got to this place in your working life, the drumbeat of change continues to call to you, and there are times in your life when you will be asked to step into a new way of being.

Now may be that time.

What I’ve been able to do in the time we’ve worked together has surpassed my wildest expectations.

This Work is Powerful

In my personal experience and in my role as a coach for the last eight years, I’ve seen the power that comes when you’re clear about what truly matters to you.

You become so in tune with who you are that your work becomes an act of sacred devotion and service.

If you sense that you’re being invited into work that is deeply meaningful, I would love to support you.

My process is based on the cyclical and life-sustaining wisdom of Nature, and it works because it reconnects you to the truth that resides in your bones: that your life is about more than being exhausted, bored, or convinced that you have nothing to offer.

While neither of us can know where this process will lead you, you will not leave it the same person you were when you began.

What’s Included in the “Meant for More” Journey:

  • Eleven 60-minute coaching sessions

  • The program workbook, A Wild New Work: The Field Guide, printed and mailed to your home. This workbook includes lessons, rituals, and reflection prompts that we will discuss together in our sessions.

Who This is (Generally) A Good Fit For:

My style and experience isn’t a perfect fit for everyone, and in working with dozens of people very closely, I’ve found that the process is most transformative for those who:

  • Are ready to risk being uncomfortable (whether that’s the discomfort of not knowing, of being patient, or of making decisions that others don’t agree with)

  • Believe in some greater force that’s guiding us (all belief systems are welcome, but if you feel firmly that the world is devoid of animation or spirit, we likely won’t be a good fit)

  • Are willing to make space for this work in their lives (not just our meetings, but what you commit to doing within those meetings)

  • Already have an appreciation for and affinity to the seasons, the ecosystems around them, animals, plants, and other aspects of the living world

Learn How This Work Unfolded for Two Clients:

Below, you’ll find two episodes of my podcast, A Wild New Work, in which I interview two clients who made remarkable changes in their working lives as a result of our journey together.

One on One Guidance Is For You If:

  • You thrive with deep, focused, individualized support and are looking for a space in which you can completely let down and feel uniquely supported

  • You desire more frequent, personalized interactions over text and email in-between sessions

  • You need flexible scheduling and the ability to reschedule sessions when needed

Megan is truly gifted and amazing at her work. She creates a safe, non-judgmental environment to seek what you most want in a career. I have felt seen, heard, and deeply encouraged to be nothing but my most authentic self in our work together. If you desire someone to walk alongside you in making a vocational change you will not go wrong by choosing to have Megan in that role.

Next Steps:

The cost of this 6-month program is $3,600.  This includes 11 coaching sessions, The Field Guide workbook, a Higher Calling Tarot Reading, treats from Seagrape Apothecary, and email and text support throughout our work together.

I know that many people need some extra space to make an investment like this, so the program can be paid in full upfront or split into (up to) 12 monthly payments (that would be $300/mo).

If you’d like to explore whether this process would be a good fit for you, please schedule a free consultation below. We’ll use this time to learn more about one another and discuss the program in depth.

I cannot say enough about Megan’s process and coaching. She is phenomenal and I look forward to working with her again!

Work Rooted in These Times

The crises that confront our planet are a reflection of a culture that is imbalanced, impoverished, and in pain. A culture plagued by its own emptiness.

But beneath the wildfires, epidemics, and state violence lies a strong stillness - a sense that something ancient is holding all of this together.

I seek to tap into that ancestral wisdom so that myself and others can be nourished at a deep and meaningful level.

Your spirit, however forcefully it may have been dampened by others’ expectations of you or by your own confusion about how to nurture it, is still there, powerful and full of creative energy.

I will show you the tools and practices I’ve used to help myself and many others reconnect with our intuitive wisdom, and I will challenge you to become the guardian of your own precious, wild work.

This is a journey that can rearrange, rejuvenate, and restore the ecology of your soul.

Questions You May Have

How do I know if career coaching would be helpful to me?

The benefits of one on one coaching in your career are many, including: gaining clarity about what it is that you do and don’t want in your working life, getting to know and leverage your strengths, feeling less lonely in the difficult moments, and being held accountable so that you move forward and create new momentum for yourself. If you are experiencing distress or discomfort in your career, have tried tweaking things on your own, and are still feeling stuck, partnering with a coach can be incredibly effective.

How do I know if this career coaching program is for me?

I know how tricky it can be to choose a coach that’s going to help you achieve the results you want. This coaching program has been a great fit for people who have reached some level of mastery or familiarity in their career and sense that something new wants to come through in their lives. If you resonate with the materials on my website, on the podcast, or in Cedar Lodge and you see the potential of a fruitful relationship with me, I encourage you to schedule a free consultation so that we can learn more about one another.

Our backgrounds and lived experiences are different. How do I know I’ll feel safe with you?

I know that my experience of work as a white, cis-gendered, traditionally-educated woman is different than it is for others who bring layered experiences with race, gender identity, class, ability, and more. My unlearning of white supremacy and patriarchy is an ongoing, imperfect process, but one that I am committed to. I always endeavor to create a completely safe and nurturing space for my clients, many of whom are of different sexual orientations, races, and backgrounds than me. To make meaningful changes in our lives, we need to feel fully seen and appreciated for who we are, and if you ever feel like your experience has been diminished by me (from afar or as a client), I would like to know, take responsibility, and do better. I also understand how powerful it can be to work with a coach who shares your lived experience and am happy to refer you to someone else if you’re in need of coaching but don’t resonate with my program.

What can I expect out of this coaching program?

You can expect your career to be different by the end. For some people, that has meant new work or a departure from old work. For others, it has meant new ways of working in the same job but with much more ease and potential for growth. I can’t predict where this path will lead you, but I can say for certain that if you show up and do the work, your life will not look the same as it does now.

What’s the time commitment for this program?

We have 60-minute sessions twice per month and move through The Field Guide workbook together, which includes work to be done between sessions. The curriculum is front-loaded, meaning that the time you’ll spend on the workbook materials and supplemental resources is more in the first few months than in the final months, when you’ll be spending more time on making the changes you’ve identified wanting to make in your career. To ensure that you get the most out of this program, you should have one hour each week available for study and reflection and two hours per month for our sessions (totaling about 6 hours per month). You’ll be making changes and integrating your new learning throughout the rest of your days, but that’s not quantifiable.

What if I invest in this program and it starts to feel like the wrong thing?

I would never coerce a client to continue if it turns out that we’re not the right fit for one another. This has never happened, but if you begin the program and change your mind, you can choose to stop. Refunds aren’t provided for completed sessions and the cost of the workbook and gift would be deducted from your investment (or charged to you if your payments haven’t covered their costs), but a pro-rated amount would be returned to you.

If you have other questions, I am happy to answer them in a consultation.
